But from the receptionist right through to Ms. Fortune the hearing specialist I was treated like I was a family member, and it wasn't an act. They all made me feel like I really matter and my hearing was there main concern. Ms. Fortune spent over an hour and a half testing me and explaining in great dealtail what my hearing problems were. And then would charge me a single dime for everything she had done. Am a Vietnam Veteran and after decades of ringing in my ears and hearing loss someone really cared about me and was willing to help. My wife & I were extremely pleased with our visit. From arrival and being met by their receptionist, Tina, and then having my appointment with their audiologist, Carrie, I was very pleased with their professionalism & their desire to make me feel valued as a client. Carrie provided us a very thorough understanding of my hearing test results and further indicated that I should continue to benefit from my existing devices. My mother lost total hearing on her right ear and could hardly hear anything on the left one. We were scared about her quality of life from now on.
